What this role is

Not a sales rep waiting for inbound leads. Not someone who needs a playbook, a CRM full of warm intros, and a manager telling them who to call.

You figure out who to talk to. You get in the room. You close the deal. You do it again — faster.

We're pre-seed, pre-PMF. There is no pipeline. There is no sales deck that "just works." You build the machine from scratch — cold calls, conferences, outbound campaigns, partnerships — whatever gets us from zero to our first 50 B2B customers.

You work directly with Noah (Founder/CEO) and Robert (Founding Marketer). You report to Noah. No layers. No "head of sales" between you and the decision-makers.

What you'll actually do

• Cold call and prospect — Arbeitsmediziner, HR leaders, corporate wellness buyers, insurance partners. You find the people, you get the meeting, you run the meeting.
• Run outbound campaigns — Lemlist sequences, LinkedIn outreach, conference follow-ups. You build the pipeline that doesn't exist yet.
• Close deals end-to-end — from first touch to signed contract. No hand-offs to an "account executive." You are the account executive.
• Work conferences and events — health expos, HR trade fairs, insurance conferences. You represent Aniva in the room. You leave with contacts, not just swag.
• Shape the GTM strategy — you don't execute someone else's plan. You come back from 20 calls and say "here's what I learned, here's what we should change, here's the next experiment."
• Feed the product — you talk to more customers than anyone. When you see a pattern — a feature request, a blocker, a positioning problem — you bring it to the product team and push for the iteration.
