What this role is

You’re not a “feature factory” engineer.

You’re not waiting for Jira tickets and a PRD.

You talk to customers. You look at data. You figure out what’s broken — and you build the fix.

You own the problem, not just the code.

You’ll work with our founding engineer Damir and report directly to Jan (Founder). No layers. No politics. No “product requirements docs”.

What you'll actually do

• Talk to customers — interviews, support threads, session recordings.
• Ship end-to-end — Prisma schema → production UI. No hand-offs.
• Build with AI — we use Claude, GPT APIs, MCP, and agentic workflows daily. If you’re not using LLMs to move faster, you’ll hate it here.
• Own systems — payments (Stripe), auth (Supabase), background jobs (Trigger.dev), analytics (PostHog). Things break, you fix them. Things are slow, you make them fast.
• Decide what to build — no PM telling you what’s next. You find the highest-leverage thing and ship it.
